LP3M Unud Holds Workshop on Assistance for IKU-7 Document Input
Denpasar — The Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M) of Universitas Udayana held a Workshop on Assistance for the Input of IKU-7 (Collaborative and Participatory Learning) Documents on Friday (October 24, 2025) at the dr. A.A. Made Djelantik Meeting Room, Faculty of Medicine, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar. The workshop, officially opened by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Universitas Udayana, was attended by representatives from Faculty UP3Ms, Study Program Coordinators, Study Program Quality Assurance Teams (TPPM), Faculty Academic Sub-Coordinators, Study Program PDDIKTI Operators, and the LP3M Team.
Three speakers were featured in this event, Prof. Dr. Ir. G.P. Ganda Putra, MP, who presented on SOP for the Implementation of Course Learning Using the Case Method and Team-Based Project, Ni Wayan Lusiani, S.Kom., M.T., who discussed Manual Input Training for IKU-7 Documents, and I Nyoman Prayana Trisna, S.Kom., M.Cs., who delivered material on Online Input Training for IKU Document/Data.
In her report, the Chair of the Organizing Committee, Dr. Ni Gusti Ayu Dyah Satyawati, S.H., M.Kn., LLM, stated that the workshop aims to support the implementation of IKU-7 at Universitas Udayana. This activity is a continuation of the SOP Socialization on the Implementation of Course Learning Using the Case Method and Team-Based Project, which was previously held in August 2025 at Ruang Bangsa, Jimbaran Campus.
The workshop includes both manual and online input training for reporting collaborative and participatory learning activities by each study program. The session began with a refresher on the SOP for Implementing Course Learning Using the Case Method and Team-Based Project. Dr. Satyawati expressed her hope that the workshop materials would help improve the university’s achievement toward fulfilling the IKU-7 target indicators.
Meanwhile, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Ir. I Nengah Sujaya, M.Agr., Ph.D., in his opening remarks, stated that the workshop was held because the university had not yet met the IKU-7 target, which is set at 40 percent. He emphasized that although the implementation of collaborative and participatory learning has been carried out, the achievement rate remains low, possibly due to issues in the uploading process.
He encouraged all participants to work harder to achieve the 40 percent target, noting that several initiatives have already been conducted to improve IKU-7 outcomes. Some study programs, he added, are still far from meeting the expected figures. Therefore, he urged everyone to enhance their performance to gain the trust of the Verification Team from the Ministry.
Through this workshop, Prof. Sujaya hoped that participants would gain a shared understanding and avoid individual interpretations, ensuring that the uploaded data aligns with the actual requirements and standards.
