Unud Holds Faculty-Level Outstanding Student Selection in Preparation for Mawapres 2026

Universitas Udayana organized the Faculty-Level Outstanding Student Selection (Seleksi Mahasiswa Berprestasi/Mawapres) as part of its preparation for the 2026 Outstanding Student Competition. The activity was conducted over two days, on December 11–12, 2025, at the Senate Room of the Agrocomplex Building, Denpasar Campus.

The event was attended by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs (WR III), the Head of the Student Affairs Bureau, the Chair and Secretary of the USCC, the Chair and Secretary of the Reasoning and Creativity Unit, the Coordinator of Student Interest, Reasoning, and Information, supervising lecturers, as well as outstanding undergraduate and diploma students from all faculties at Universitas Udayana.

In his remarks, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya, S.P., M.Agr., expressed his appreciation and congratulations to all finalists who successfully passed the faculty-level selection and advanced to the final round at the university level.

“The Outstanding Student Competition is not merely a contest to find the smartest individual. More than that, Mawapres is an effort to identify the best ambassadors of Universitas Udayana—students who are able to demonstrate their identity as individuals who are Excellent, Independent, and Cultured,” said the Vice Rector.

Through this selection process, Universitas Udayana hopes to produce outstanding students who are capable of competing at the national level and bringing honor to the university in various academic and non-academic arenas.
