Udayana University Conducts Socialization on the Preparation of Conversion Credit Lift Assessments and the Transfer Process for Education Personnel

Udayana University (Unud) through the Human Resources Section, General Bureau carried out Socialization on the Preparation of Credit Score Assessment (PAK) Conversion and Mutation Process for Education Personnel (regular Promotion, Transfer between Work Units/Agencies) within Udayana University which took place on Friday (26 /4/2024), located in the A.A Made Djelantik Theater Room, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

This socialization was opened by the Head of the General Bureau of Udayana University, Ni Made Pertami Sulistiawati, who in her speech said that through this event the participants consisting of functional position holders within Udayana University could really understand and comprehend PAK Konversi. This socialization aims to provide an overview and guidelines for educational staff functional position holders in the process of promotion and rank.

As is known, in the process of promotion and rank of previous JFT office holders, one of the requirements was to use Conventional PAK which was assessed based on the activity items obtained and assessed by the assessment team.

This socialization, which was attended by 148 Functional Position holders at Udayana University, presented resource persons from the Resources Bureau, Ministry of Education and Culture, Winarti, S.Si who delivered material regarding Functional Position Regulations regulated in Permenpan RB No. 1 of 2023 and BKN Regulation no. 3 of 2023, as well as resource person Asih Eki Sunaryati, S.M who delivered material on PAK integration and PAK Conversion of Functional Positions for Education Personnel.
