Socialization of the Covid-19 Immunization Coverage Survey in Bali Province

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University through the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine held a socialization of the COVID-19 immunization coverage survey to stakeholders in the Dr. A A Made Djelantik room, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar.

The survey, which was carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and WHO, is one step to assess the coverage of COVID-19 immunization in the Bali region.

The Dean of FK Unud, Dr.dr.Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes in his speech said that the coverage of Covid-19 immunization in Bali is the highest in the national level and this survey was conducted to see where the areas still lacked immunization coverage.

"We hope that this survey can produce important points or recommendations for taking policies to deal with Covid as a whole. Support from all parties will be very useful for the success of this activity to improve vaccination efforts and government vaccination program policies." said Dr. January

 

This event was held for 2 days starting from 4 to 5 April 2022 by inviting stakeholders from Denpasar City and Badung Regency.

Also attending this event were the Head of the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, FK Unud, Dr. dr. Anak Agung Sagung Sawitri, MPH., Sub-District Heads and Village Heads in Denpasar City and Badung Regency
