Provision of Internship Blocks for Students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University in 2022

On Friday 9 September 2022, the Faculty of Agriculture held a briefing of Student Internship Blocks (BMM) for internship supervisors, which was held in the senate room of the Agrokomplek Building, 2nd floor. The event was attended by Deputy Dean 2 Prof. Dr. Ir I Gusti Agung Ayu Annie Ambarawati, Deputy Dean 3 Dr. Ir. I Wayan Diare, M.S, event moderator, Dr. Ir. I Gede Wijana, M.S., the resource person is Dr. Ir. Ni Made Trigunasih, M.P, Internship supervisors and student representatives.

Deputy Dean 3 of the Faculty of Agriculture opened the debriefing event for the student internship block by saying a big thank you to the committee who had worked swiftly in preparing today's event and helping to prepare the internship place with Cooperation partners and accompanied by supervisors at each location. This internship is carried out for 272 effective working hours equivalent to 16 course meetings with 6 credits. The role of the internship assistant lecturer is very necessary to help students find topics and issues that will be raised and are considered important and must be supported by empirical facts.

The benefits and objectives of BMM include the exchange of information and science and technology in agriculture and students are able to work independently, in groups and have work professionalism. According to Dr. Ir. Trigunasih explained that the main duties and responsibilities of supervising lecturers and supervisors must be based on the 2021 Apprenticeship Manual, the implementation of which is modified with a note that it does not reduce the CPL of internships that are utilized. And at the end of this BMM, students must make group reports and independent reports for the basis of the supervisor providing BMM assessments.
