The launch of the Apostille Service by KEMENKUMHAM

Denpasar- 5 lecturers and 10 students of the Faculty of Law Unud attended the launch of the Apostille service by the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (DG AHU) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) on 14 June 2022 at The Trans Resort Hotel, Denpasar-Bali. The launching was attended by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (Yasonna H. Laoly), the Director General of General Legal Administration (Cahyo R. Muzhar), the Regional Secretary of the Province of Bali (Dewa Made Indra), Expert Staff to the Minister of Law and Human Rights in the Economic Sector (Lucky Agung Binarto). ), Special Staff to the Minister of Law and Human Rights for Foreign Relations (Linggawaty Hakim), Kakanwil Kemenkumham Bali (Anggiat Napitupulu), Badung Regent (Giri Prasta), Forkopimda Bali Province, Representatives of Academics, Community and Business Actors. Apostille service is a simplification of the legalization process for public documents to shorten the document legalization procedure related to investment activities, study abroad, mixed marriage requirements. This service is an implementation of the ratification of the Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents and Apostille certificates can be directly used in 121 member countries of the Convention. At the event, Apostille certificates were also handed over directly to 4 people who are domiciled in Denpasar for administration of lectures abroad. (UPIKS&IT FH Unud Team)
