LP3M Holds a Focus Group Discussion in the Context of Preparing a Self-Evaluation Report for Unud University Accreditation

The Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M) of Udayana University held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity boldly through the Cisco Webex application, Friday (26/02/2021). The FGD was also attended by the Minister of Creative Economy Tourism, Udayana University Chancellor, Udayana University Senate Chair and Secretary, Deputy Chancellors, Resource Persons, Deans, Postgraduate Directors, Heads of Institutions, Heads of Bureaus, Chair of USDI, Director of BPU, Head of UPT Libraries , Head of UPT Language, Head of CDC and EDC, and Study Program Coordinators at Udayana University.

The Focus Group Discussion took the theme Opportunities and Challenges of Higher Education in Increasing International Competitiveness and Its Contribution to the Achievement of the SDGs by presenting speakers from government circles, education, community leaders, cultural observers, artists, banking, banks, tourism, health, DUDI and the world of work. , mass media, and environmentalists.
This FGD is very important to be carried out in the context of preparing a Self-Evaluation Report which requires the requirements of the external conditions of Udayana University.

Udayana University Chancellor Prof. A A. Raka Sudewi who is superior is to state that education is one of the institutions that has a very strategic role in building human resources so that they are ready to compete in the international arena and contribute to improving the welfare of the Indonesian people.

To sharpen the direction of developing Udayana University in the future in the dynamic environment that changes very quickly and coincides with certification, Udayana University wants to identify what are the opportunities and challenges in order to be able to take part and contribute better in producing superior human resources.

The FGD activity was divided into 3 sessions, namely the first session was a Plenary session with the Talkshow method, the second session was a parallel FGD divided into 3 rooms, and the third session was the second plenary session in the form of submitting a summary by each FGD moderator.
