FVM Unud Organizes Visiting Lecture About DIKTRISTEK Service Grant

 

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) of Udayana University held a socialization of the Higher Education Directorate of Higher Education Service Grants in the 1st floor courtroom of FVM Unud. This outreach presents Prof. Dr. med.vet. dr. Raden Wisnu Nurcahyo who is part of the BIMA Team - Community Service Program DRTPM, DIKTIRISTEK, Kemdikbudristek as resource persons. Present at this activity were the Dean, Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Director of Veterinary Hospitals, Head of Teaching Farm, Unit Coordinators, and Head of Laboratories of FVM Unud.

  

 

Prof. Wisnu as a speakers conveyed how the transformation from Simlibtamas to BIMA as an application system for submitting research and service grants. Furthermore, several types of research schemes exist at BIMA, namely Community-Based Empowerment, Regional-Based and Entrepreneur-Based Service. DIKTIRISTEK's service currently focuses on the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, so that student involvement is expected and consists of multi-disciplinary.

  

 

This socialization activity is expected to stimulate the submission of service proposals from FVM Unud at the DIKTI level. Dean of FVM Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Si, expressed his gratitude to Prof. Wisnu for being willing to attend as a resource person. Moreover, Prof. Suartha added that service in the health sector cannot stand alone, so cross-sectoral collaboration is needed in its completion. Udayana itself already has the Udayana One Health Collaboration Center (OHCC) Unit which is a collaboration from various fields of science.
