Udayana is striving to strengthen collaboration with local governments and ensure student contributions are relevant and have a positive impact on society.

"Specifically this year, we are also directing some of the required KKN programs to support the Bali Provincial Government’s strategic programs," he added.

He also noted that the KKN program must respond to current global developments, provide solutions to societal problems, and contribute to improving the quality of life for the Balinese people. Thus, Udayana’s KKN program is developed using a community empowerment (PPM) approach, which has now reached its 31st cycle.

The Vice-Rector also advised KKN participants to listen to and understand the community's needs, build trust and communication with village officials and traditional leaders, uphold the university’s good name, and embody Udayana’s core values: Excellence, Independence, and Cultural Integrity. He concluded by wishing the students success and encouraged them to become ambassadors of change who bring positive energy to the community.
