Udayana University Students Win Awards at the 2025 International Agro Eco Visionary Competition

Denpasar, August 16, 2025 – A student team from Udayana University (Unud) has once again achieved a remarkable accomplishment on the international stage. At the Agro Eco Visionary 2025 competition organized by the Agro Eco Veda Club, part of an ASEAN-affiliated organization, the Unud team won awards in three categories. The competition, held from August 3 to 15, 2025, focused on wastewater treatment issues in agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, and other related sectors.

In this event, the Udayana team secured the following accolades 2nd Place in the Problem Statement category, 2nd Place in the Solution category, and 1st Place in the Most Prepared Team category.

These achievements were made possible through the strong collaboration and thorough preparation of five talented students Ida Ayu Made Intan Pujawati (Team Leader), Sarah Denada Sinaga, Yesika Manihuruk, Ni Luh Putu Elyn Sukma Febriyanti, and Margareth Angel Perdana Purba.

This accomplishment reflects the commitment of Udayana University students to innovation and delivering concrete solutions for liquid waste management in the agro-sector. Their participation and success not only bring pride to the university but also strengthen Indonesia’s presence on the international stage in promoting environmental sustainability through eco-friendly technologies.
