18 Graduates Pass Selection, Udayana University Rector Gives Motivation at New Employee Training of Bank BPD Bali
Denpasar – Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali (Bank BPD Bali) held a Briefing and Motivation Session for its new employees, who are recent graduates of Udayana University, at the Bank BPD Bali Head Office in Renon, Denpasar, on Tuesday (August 19, 2025). This event is part of the recruitment process for Bank BPD Bali’s 2025 employee intake, which specifically aimed to attract top talent from local academic institutions.
The event was attended by the Rector of Udayana University, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, the President Director and board of directors of Bank BPD Bali, the Head of the Human Resources Division, and all new employees of Bank BPD Bali.
In his remarks, President Director of Bank BPD Bali, I Nyoman Sudharma, S.H., M.H., stated that out of 24 candidates who participated in the selection process, 18 candidates successfully passed. He emphasized the active participation of all candidates during the training and mentioned that a week-long General Banking training had already been conducted.
“We hope these new employees will become the next generation of leaders at Bank BPD Bali and continue our mission to fulfill the expectations of our shareholders, particularly the Provincial Government of Bali and the city/regency governments, in making Bank BPD Bali a key institution in improving the welfare of the people of Bali,” he said.
He also expressed hope for continued collaboration with Udayana University, including initiatives such as providing scholarships to underprivileged Balinese students in support of the provincial government's "One Family, One Graduate" program.
Meanwhile, Rector of Udayana University, Prof. Ir. I Ketut Sudarsana, S.T., Ph.D., expressed appreciation to Bank BPD Bali as a strategic partner of Udayana University for conducting this special recruitment of 18 outstanding graduates based on the cooperation established between Unud and Bank BPD Bali.
“We thank the leadership and all ranks of Bank BPD Bali for their continued support of Udayana University's educational activities. This recruitment marks the first special pathway initiated through our partnership, and we hope it can be carried out sustainably in the future,” the Rector stated.
The Rector also delivered a motivational message, encouraging the new employees soon to become part of Bank BPD Bali after completing their onboarding—to always uphold the reputation of their alma mater and to contribute meaningfully through their professional performance.
This event is expected to serve as a strong starting point for the participants in building their careers at Bank BPD Bali and making a real contribution to Bali’s economic development in the future.
