1st PAN Asia Conference of Dermatology and the 20th Annual Scientific Meeting of PERDOSKI

Nusa Dua – Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya, representing the Rector of Udayana University, attended the 1st PAN Asia Conference of Dermatology and the 20th Annual Scientific Meeting (PIT XX) of the Indonesian Society of Dermatology, Venereology, and Aesthetic Medicine (PERDOSKI) 2025, held at Nusa Dua Hall 5, Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC-1), on Thursday (July 10, 2025). Also in attendance from Udayana University were the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, the President Director of Udayana University Hospital, and the Vice Dean II of the Faculty of Medicine, who also serves as the Chair of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) Bali Chapter.

The event carried the theme: “Empowering the Leading Role of Dermatology, Venereology, and Aesthetic Specialists in Enhancing Skin Health From Asia to The World.”

The opening ceremony began with a report by the Organizing Committee Chair, followed by remarks from the Central Chair of PERDOSKI, the Chair of KDVE, the Chair of ALDS, and the Chair of the Indonesian Medical Association (PB IDI). The ceremony was marked by an animation of the "Arjuna's Arrow" and enlivened by the traditional Balinese dance performance “Naluri Manca – Tarian Sunar Legong.”

The event also featured the opening of an exhibition, symbolized by a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs of Udayana University, the Central Chair of PERDOSKI, the Organizing Committee Chair, the Chairs of KDVE, ALDS, and ILDS.

This conference serves as a platform to enhance knowledge and experience through various scientific sessions, skills development, social competency strengthening, organizational agendas, and cultural events. It is expected to provide valuable benefits to all participants.
