Fully Supports the Integrated System of Research, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Business Collaboration at Udayana University, Rector Attends ERASMUS + SMART Project Activity in Bologna Italy

Bologna, Italy – Rector of Udayana University (Unud), Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng, IPU., accompanied by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, MP., and the Udayana University Smart Project Team, NMAED Wirastuti, PhD. (LPPM Secretary), Dr. Putu Saroyini Piartrini, SE., Ak., MM. (Team Leader) and Dr. Sagung Chandra Yowani, S.Si., Apt, M.Sc., attended Key Action 2 of ERASMUS + Program of the European Union (University Business Engagement in Indonesia: Supporting Employability and Transition into the Graduate Labor Market – SMART): Cooperative for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education, University Business Engagement – ​​A SMART path for Development in Indonesia, at the University of Bologna, Italy, during the Third Intensive Training and Study Visit, (Wednesday-Friday, October 5-7 2022).

The event was also attended by the Rector and/or representatives from the ERASMUS + SMART Consortium, namely: Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, University of Mataram, Turun Yliopisto (University of Turku), Kalimantan Institute of Technology, Raja Ali Haji Maritime University, Alma Mater Studiorum - Università Di Bologna , Agora Institute For Knowledge Management & Development Sl, Diponegoro University, and Sam Ratulangi University.

The Third Intensive Training and Study Visit, in Bologna, focused on “Good practices for University – Business Collaboration”. The event combines pure training activities and moments of in-person visits to the premises, offices and facilities of the University of Bologna and other entities in the region. The aim is to give participants the opportunity to observe concretely the various processes and strategies that will be delivered during the training session.

Speeches and agenda presentations were given by Prof. Claudio Melchiorri (Rector's Delegates for Realtiona and Business and Industrial Research) and Prof. maco Borracetti (Rector's Delegates for Network and International). Followed by an explanation about Industrial Relations, Third Mission and Web Communication Division @Unibo by Silvia Vecchi, SMART Scientific manager.

This event is very important for Unud, related to the downstreaming of Unud research and innovation, by implementing good practices from Unibo, by forming an integrated ecosystem of 5 important internal components, namely: LPPM (Research and Innovation), EDC & INBIS LPPM (New Interprenourship), Faculty ( Education), and CDC (Professional Training and Job Placement) and the Field of Cooperation (Bussines Collaboration).
