Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for Curriculum Review/Improvement Study Program in Accounting FEB Unud

The Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (FEB Unud), including S1, S2, S3, Diploma, and PPAk Study Programs held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity reviewing/refining the curriculum, on Friday, May 6, 2022, taking place at Plataran Ubud Hotel and Ubud SPA.




The event was opened by the Dean of FEB Unud Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D which was attended by 23 lecturers and Professors of Accounting. Besides being attended by lecturers in the field of Accounting, the FGD activities were also attended by 5 (five) stakeholders, and student representatives. From the government element, Drs. Ketut Riang, MM (Head of District Transportation Service in Bangli), Anak Agung Ayu Sri Saraswati (CV. Bali Harmoni / Bali Zoo) from the private company element, Made Wahyu Adhiputra, SE., .M.Si from the Alumni element, Dr. I Ketut Budiartha, S.E., M.Sc., Ak., CPA. (representing the Chairman of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants for the Bali Region and at the same time KAP Ketut Budiartha and Anggiriawan), and Kadek Sumadi, SE., SH., M.Sc., Ak., CA., BKP (Leader of KKP Kadek Sumadi & Partners/SWS Consulting) .


The Dean of FEB Unud in his speech said that the curriculum is an important factor in the success of the Study Program, because in addition to functioning to improve the reputation of the Study Program (65% weight of Study Program Accreditation) it also serves to attract prospective students, therefore it is very important to develop a curriculum that is good and have a uniqueness that characterizes or the identity of the study program.


This FGD activity aims to obtain constructive input from stakeholders, professors and other FGD participants and also to support the achievement of the Main Performance Indicators, namely improving the quality of the curriculum and accommodating MBKM so that the competence of graduates can be improved. The FGD event also discussed the weighting of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) in the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) in the field of Accounting.
