Here is also given the information on how to use cooking oil correctly which is a maximum of 3 times frying pan. For the reason of frugality many people who explore their own cooking oil, namely by accommodating the remaining oil frying and will be used repeatedly in the next frying pan by adding new oil. This kind of  habit is not good for the long-term health of the community, because jelantah oil contains free radicals that are carcinogenic. Consuming jelantah oil can increase the risk of heart disease, cholesterol, cancer and obesity.

It is asserted that the refining of jelantah oil is not for consumption anymore but is used for the production of non-food products. Many product innovations can be made with basic ingredients such as wax, solid soap, liquid soap, floor cleaner, and biodiesel. This activity start from “Banjar” Taman Kelod, Ubud on Sunday, 27th February 2022, and continued to the next “Banjar” throughout Bali in the series of "Banjar Creative Space" activities initiated by BITHUB, Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and funded by CSR TSJL Pertamina.
