Accelerate the use of digitalization of Village Services, use Youth Digital Cadres and PPK-Ormawa to provide door to door education and assistance.
Together with the youth digital ambassadors, the PPK-Ormawa Machinery Student Association team provides door to door assistance to speed up the use of digital services through the "SIGUNA" application. The door to door method was chosen to save time and reduce wastage of people's time, where the Gunaksa community will be visited directly by Gunaksa Village youth digital cadres together with the PPK-Ormawa team. People who are visited will be given an explanation regarding the "SIGUNA" application starting from what the SIGUNA application is, what its function is, what services are available, how to install, how to use the service and what the function of each feature in the application is. Gunaksa village youth digital cadres together with the PPK-Ormawa HMM team also directly educated the community until the application was installed on the community's mobile phones.
People who have been visited and have received education and have installed the SIGUNA application will be affixed with a sticker indicating that they have received education and have installed the application. On average, around 20 to 30 heads of families visit and provide education in one day, so it is hoped that 80% to 90% of the Gunaksa Village community will be socialized and receive education on the SIGUNA application.
These steps were taken in an effort to ensure that all residents of Gunaksa Village can easily access the digital services available through the "SIGUNA" application. In this way, Gunaksa Village is getting closer to becoming a smart digital village that is modern and connected.
This activity is a real example of collaboration between the youth of Gunaksa Village and academics from the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in encouraging technological progress at the local level, with the hope of bringing great benefits to the entire community.
