National Seminar on Interest in the Vetholic Profession 2023 Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University Udayana “Technology-Based Poultry Livestock Development and Management Strategy In Achieving Superior Livestock Results”

On this occasion, the Veterinary Holic Profession Interest, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, is back to carrying out its routine activities, namely the National Seminar, after last year it was held online but on this occasion the National Seminar was held online. Sunday, April 16 2023 at the BPTP Bali building. The theme of this National Seminar is "Technology-based development and management strategies for poultry in achieving superior livestock results." Not only national seminars but also demonstrations of necropsy in chickens.

 

At this national seminar activity guided by Sri Astuti as Master of ceremonies. Participants register and enter the room from the appointed time determined at 8 in the morning, followed by the opening of the event by the MC, followed by a prayer led by Surya as sie konsumroh, after that singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya and then continued with singing the FVM Udayana march led by Ramadhini.

The event continued with remarks and reports from the head of the 2023 veterinary holic national seminar committee by I Kadek Agus Arsadana, followed by remarks from the Head of BEM who on this occasion was represented by Amasya Chikita, followed by remarksand the opening of the event by beating the kulkul by the supervisor from minpro veterinary holic namely Drh. I Made Merdana, MP. Because on this occasion the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Deputy Dean 3 of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University were unable to attend.

"I really appreciate and congratulate all the committee at this year's National Semester event because it has gone smoothly and on this occasion the topics that were taken up in this seminar were very interesting and much needed in this wider community. Indeed, currently there are many doctors working in the poultry industry, but there are still many who are needed, in this case the topic taken is very good. And hopefully the material from our great speakers at this national seminar will be able to become useful knowledge for allof us.” said Mr. Drh. I Made Merdana, MP.

The chairman of the national seminar committee, the head of the minpro vetholic Indra Palaguna along with the Head of BEM or a representative also hope so that the national seminar activities today are really studied and listened to properly and in the necropsy activity section so thatthey are listened to and studied properly so that all of this can be of benefit to us in the future.

From presenter 1, namely Mr. Sopyan Haris S.Pt., MM. From PT Charoen Pokphand accompanied by Drh. I Gede Made Sudarsa. Because Mr. Sopyan Haris was out of the island,he gave a seminar via zoom meeting and was moderated by Gaby. The first material session discussed opening the gates of the poultry business in Indonesia and with the poultry business in Indonesia for 60 minutes and then continued with a 15 minute discussion session and there was a quizz with prizes from Mr. Sopyan.

After that, it was continued with the ISBAMA program for the participants for 15 minutes, after which it continued with the ice breaking event for the participants guided by the event session Rahmadhini and Femi, after the ice breaking session. After that it continued with the second speaker & demonstrator namely Prof. Dr. Drh. I Ketut Berata, MSI. APVET which provides information regarding necropsy

 

on poultry along with video samples shown on the projector. Followed by the process of demonstrating chicken necropsy at a predetermined place at BPTP Bali, the participants were divided into 5 groups and accompanied by the event session. The necropsy activity was also accompanied by supervisors and students on behalf of Indrayudha. The necropsy activity went smoothly and was well attended by the participants and the committee.

After the demonstration ended, the participants along with the committee and supervisor and Prof. Berata returned to the initial room of the seminar and returned to holding discussions regarding the necropsy demonstration activities that were being carried out. After the session ended, it was continued with a closing session and documentation with all participants in the national vetholic seminar in 2023, then distribution of certificates and consumption for participants, after which participants were welcome to return to their respective residences.
