Announcement of New Student Admission for Professional, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs

Universitas Udayana officially opens the New Student Admission for the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026 for the Professional Programs, Master’s (S2) Programs, and Doctoral (S3) Programs. This opportunity is available for graduates of accredited national and international higher education institutions who wish to advance their professional or postgraduate studies at Universitas Udayana.

The quota for each program can be accessed via the PPID Universitas Udayana portal.

Master’s (S2) Programs

A total of 19 study programs are open, including:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Information Technology

  • Agricultural Biotechnology

    Dryland Agriculture

  • Agribusiness

  • Agroecotechnology
    and other programs listed in the official announcement.

Doctoral (S3) Programs

Registration & Selection Schedule

  • Online Registration: 24 November 2025 – 6 January 2026

  • Payment Deadline & Downloading Exam Card: 9 January 2026

  • Selection Tests:

    • English Proficiency Test & TPA (UTBK): 10–11 January 2026

    • Basic Competency Test & Interview: 12–20 January 2026

  • Announcement of Results: 23 January 2026

Online Registration, Tuition Payment, and Re-Registration: 23 January – 4 February 2026
Downloading Student Identification Number (NIM): 4–6 February 2026

Registration Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Complete online registration through https://utbk.unud.ac.id

  • Pay the registration fee according to the program:

    • Professional Program: IDR 1,150,000

    • Master’s Program: IDR 1,250,000

    • Doctoral Program: IDR 1,450,000

  • Upload legalized copies of diploma and academic transcript

  • Upload a passport photo that meets the specified file requirements

  • Fulfill all academic and non-academic requirements downloadable on the registration portal

Additional Information

  • The TPA test will be conducted online.

  • Test schedules and mechanisms will be stated on the Exam Participant Card.
