ANNOUNCEMENT Number: B/181/UN14/WA.00.00/2025 Regarding the Adjustment of the Implementation of the Academic Ceremony for the 173rd Graduation Period of Udayana University

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 2024 concerning Diplomas, Competency Certificates, and Professional Certificates for Higher Education Levels dated October 2, 2024, and in follow-up to the letter from the Director of Learning and Student Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology Number 5533/E2/DT.00.08/2024 regarding Notification of Adjustment to the PISN Application Business Process dated September 19, 2024, the Adjustment of the Implementation of the Academic Ceremony for the 173rd Graduation Period of Udayana University is hereby announced as follows:

  1. Students who have completed all graduation/yudisium requirements may be declared graduates in the respective graduation/yudisium period. The graduation/yudisium period serves as the reference for the student’s official graduation date. Students who complete the graduation/yudisium requirements and are registered in that period may proceed to register for the graduation ceremony once their graduation has been confirmed.

  2. Registration for graduation/yudisium and the graduation ceremony shall be conducted online through the SIMAK-NG menu on the website https://imissu.unud.ac.id under the following provisions:
    a. Registration for October 2025 Graduation/Yudisium Period is open from October 1–30, 2025, with graduation confirmation on October 31, 2025;
    b. Registration for November 2025 Graduation/Yudisium Period is open from November 3–27, 2025, with graduation confirmation on November 28, 2025;
    c. For students who have obtained their PISN and have been confirmed as graduates in the previous, October 2025, or November 2025 periods, registration for the 173rd Graduation Ceremony is open from November 10–December 8, 2025;
    d. Validation of graduation ceremony registration for the 173rd period will be carried out by the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau (BAKH) from November 26–December 9, 2025;
    e. Prospective graduates must upload a passport photo with a red background, resolution 600 x 800 pixels, and a maximum file size of 150 KB during both graduation/yudisium and graduation registration. Detailed requirements can be found at https://s.id/i4Fs1;
    f. To avoid errors in the printing of diplomas and transcripts, graduates must ensure that their personal data — Name, Student ID (NIM), National ID (NIK), Place and Date of Birth, Graduation Date, and Concentration— are accurate and in the correct format.

  3. In accordance with the Rector’s Decree Number: 376/UN14/HK/2025 dated February 28, 2025, concerning Academic Service Fees at Udayana University, the graduation fee is Rp 1,550,000, payable through a Virtual Account generated during the graduation registration process. However, graduates of Diploma and Undergraduate programs under the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) system are exempted from the graduation fee.

  4. Graduation invitations can be collected at the tent located west of the Widya Sabha Building, and academic gowns (toga) at the east counter of the Widya Sabha Building, Udayana University Jimbaran Campus, after the rehearsal.

  5. The Graduation Rehearsal (Gladi Wisuda) for the 173rd period will be held on December 19, 2025, from 09.00 to 12.00 WITA.

  6. The Graduation Ceremony for the 173rd period will take place on December 20, 2025, starting at 08.30 WITA.
