Refund of Tuition Fee (UKT) for 2024 KIP Kuliah Scholarship Recipients


Universitas Udayana, through the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, announces the refund mechanism for the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for students who have been designated as recipients of the 2024 KIP Kuliah Scholarship and have already made UKT payments for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.

This policy refers to the Regulation of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 13 of 2023 concerning the Implementation Guidelines of the Indonesia Smart College Program (PIP-PT), which states that KIP Kuliah scholarship recipients are entitled to full coverage of tuition fees and living expenses.

Students listed as scholarship recipients who made UKT payments prior to the official designation may apply for a refund through the UKT-Ku system by submitting the following documents:

  1. Proof of UKT payment for Semester 1 of the 2024/2025 academic year,

  2. A photo of the front page of their bank account book, and

  3. The official document confirming their status as a 2024 KIP Kuliah Scholarship recipient.

The refund application and verification process can be monitored directly through the UKT-Ku system.

This initiative aims to provide administrative convenience and financial clarity for students while reaffirming Universitas Udayana’s commitment to promoting inclusive and equitable access to higher education for all.
