Doctoral Study Program of Law Faculty of Law UNUD Held an International Seminar on

Wednesday, August 3, 2022, an International Seminar on "Comparative Legal System" was held by the Doctoral Study Program of Legal Studies (PDIH) FH Unud. This event was held in a hybrid manner and was opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Law Unud. The 3 speakers: Prof. Les McCrimmon, LLB, LLM (Emeritus Professor of Law, Charles Darwin University and President of the Northern Territory Law Reform Committee), Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH., M.Kn.,PhD (Lecturer of Faculty of Law Unud) and Arfan Faiz Muhlizi, SH ., MH. (PDIH FH Unud student). In general, the legal system consists of the process of establishing, implementing and enforcing the law. Developments at this time, various kinds of legal systems still exist in countries and communities. Since the increase in transnational activities of various legal subjects, products and information, understanding and practical knowledge of legal experts and practitioners are needed so that comparative studies of legal systems need to be improved.
