Unud Helds Remuneration FGD to Support Transformation Toward PTNBH
Denpasar – Udayana University, through the Human Resources Division of the General Bureau, held the Remuneration 3.0 Focus Group Discussion (FGD) at the 3rd Floor Meeting Room, MM Building, Faculty of Economics and Business, Sudirman Campus Denpasar, on Tuesday (2/12/2025). The two-day activity was opened by the Vice Rector for General and Financial Affairs, Prof. Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D., representing the Rector of Unud, and was attended by all members of the Remuneration Team within Udayana University.
In his remarks, the Vice Rector for General and Financial Affairs, Prof. Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, stated that Udayana University is currently in the waiting phase for the ratification of the Government Regulation (PP) on PTN-BH. The transition toward PTN-BH requires a transformation process that must be prepared immediately. This transformation includes changes in legal status and shifts in governance, human resource management, and performance systems. Therefore, developing a remuneration system that is appropriate, fair, transparent, and capable of boosting productivity becomes strategically essential.
The first day of the Focus Group Discussion centered on conceptual presentations, discussions, and sharing of remuneration implementation experiences from Diponegoro University (Undip). The series will continue with the second-day FGD to enrich perspectives and deepen the formulation of Unud’s remuneration plan. He hopes that all participants will actively take part and share their views, considering that the remuneration system being developed will have a direct impact on the entire academic community and future institutional governance.
"I would like to express my gratitude to all speakers and participants who have taken part in the first day of this FGD. May the discussion run smoothly and produce the best recommendations for Udayana University," said Prof. Agoes.
