Academics and Students Attend Aspiration Netting FGD for the Implementation and Completion of the Job Creation Law

Thursday, July 14, 2022 The Task Force for the Acceleration of Socialization of the Job Creation Law held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Implementation and Improvement of the Job Creation Law at the Hyatt Hotel Sanur Bali. The FGD activities were attended by Academics and Students at State Universities and Private Universities in Bali. The FGD activity was opened by the Head of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Socialization of the Job Creation Law, which was then continued with the delivery of material related to the Update on Law 13/2022 and the Revision of the Job Creation Law by Mr. I Ketut Hadi Priatna (Head of the Legal and Organizational Bureau of the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy as Chair of the Data and Information Coordination Working Group) and Mr. Prof. Dr. Tadjuddin Noer Effendi, MA (UGM Manpower Expert) who dissects the employment cluster in the Job Creation Act. FGD moderated by Mrs. Dr. Ni Luh Gede Astariyani, SH, MH (Lecturer of the Faculty of Law at Udayana University) besides aiming to socialize the revision of the Job Creation Law, it also opens opportunities for various elements including academics and students to express their aspirations related to the formal and substance aspects of the Job Creation Act. In this FGD activity, the Faculty of Law of Udayana University was represented by 10 lecturers and 10 students from the Student Institution of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University who also provided input in the implementation of the FGD (UPIKS&IT Team FH Unud)
