Submission of CSR from PLN Pandaan to the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University

Tuesday, May 31, 2022, the Electrical Engineering Faculty of Engineering received CSR assistance. The following assistance is the result of PNNB funds allocated for laboratory equipment with the aim of improving training and practicum for Electrical Engineering Students. "It is possible for the Faculty of Engineering to open up for students from other agencies to use the equipment at the Faculty of Engineering, of course by following the applicable procedures and mechanisms." explained the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in his speech.

The engineering faculty with BLS is not a new collaboration, but has been started from 2018 with the MOU collaboration. There are about 64 engineering students who take part in PNNB until the first batch in 2020. In his remarks the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering also stated that "from this last batch we have not participated in certification, it is possible that that portion was allocated for the procurement of practicum support equipment".

The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University hopes that in the future there will be a policy of independent learning on an independent campus, which really needs cooperation with PLN, one of which is to provide opportunities for engineering students to do internships there. Although the program is currently focused on vocational training, there are opportunities for engineering students to do internships at PLN companies. And the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering also hopes that the support from PLN to Udayana University will be further enhanced and the collaboration will be closer. Because we are here to prepare the power that will be utilized by PLN itself.
