FAST PROCESS OF PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES, UNUD HELD WORKSHOP SPSE

Denpasar (04/07/2017) - Udayana University organized 4th Workshop on Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) Version 4 and Examination & Acceptance Strategy of Work in Video Conference Room II of GDLN Building. The 2 days workshop (4 to 5 July 2017) was attended by the Chairman of the Procurement Services Unit, the Procurement Services Unit Secretary, the Procurement Committee, the Chairman of the Electronic Procurement Service, the Electronic Procurement Helpdesk, the Receiving Committee / Official Employment, Expenditure Treasurer, Sub-Public Working Treasurer of each work unit. This workshop is intended to strengthen and deepen the understanding of the SPSE Application Version 4 which is a SPSE application update from version 3.6 and strengthens the understanding of inspection strategies for goods / services.

The first day workshop presented resource person Rizky Dwi Raharjo, Reviewer of LKPP Procurement Policy. The material presented by Rizky includes the Performance Information System Provider (SIKaP) which is an application that is a sub system of SPSE that is used to manage data / information about performance history and / or data qualification Provider / Services. On the second day the Workshop was delivered material on the Acceptance and Inspection Strategy of Work Results by Imam Arumsyah who is the Head of LKPP Consulting Services Section.

The workshop opened by the Head of Public Bureau of Udayana University that is expected to improve the procurement process of goods and services to be faster, safer and efficient with the procurement system of goods and services electronically or commonly called e-procurement. E-procurement organized by the Electronic Systems Procurement Service (LPSE). The Electronic Systems Procurement Service (LPSE) is a service unit established by a responsible agency for operating the e-procurement system SPSE. SPSE or Electronic Procurement System is an application used by LKPP in e-procurement. (PR)
