SOCIALISATION GRANTS ONLINE LEARNING SYSTEM (SPADA) INDONESIA

Directorate General for Education and Student Affairs held a socialization of Grants Online Learning System (SPADA) Indonesia at Udayana University on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. The socialization followed by a faculty representative from the Udayana University, Ganesha Education University, Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar, Bali Tourism College, STIKOM Bali, Panji Sakti University, Polytechnic of Health Ministry of Health Denpasar, Teachers' Training College (IKIP PGRI)  and STIA PGRI Denpasar. With Online learning system (SPADA) Indonesia provides an opportunities for students of a particular college to be able to follow a certain course grade from other universities and learning outcomes can be recognized at the university where the student is registered.

Directorate General for Education and Student Affairs will conduct the selection process of proposals on the selection of online learning. To achieve this, the Directorate General for Education and Student Affairs offers a management grand of SPADA Indonesia in the form of development aid online courses, the course is open and open material.

In his speech, the Director of Education, represented by Head of Sub Directorate of Special Education, Ridwan Roy Tutupoho delivered that they have developed the Learning Team Indonesia Open Integrated Online now known as SPADA since 2013. This program has been developed and subjected to various constraints. At the beginning of its development SPADA Indonesia took five universities, namely ITS, UGM, ITB, UI and Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) as well as the first consortium of university computer science (APTIKOM) to develop 30 courses. This program is the implementation of UU 12 of 2012 article 31, in this case the government does not only instruct but also set up a fund to support its implementation. 2015 SPADA developed into 12 colleges and in 2016 increased to 25 college one of them is Udayana University.

Rector of Udayana University in his speech, with the development of information technology, one aspect of which is pretty much undergone a significant change is education. This is evident by the changes in teaching methods, where the distance and time is not a significant problem for knowledge transfer. Various information can be obtained via the Internet, and is expected to be utilized widest in the world of higher education, especially for the SPADA program, the Rector expects that everything is gained from socialization activities can be disseminated to units respectively, and in accordance with the offer of the Director General of Higher Education to 2017 is expected to be members of an online college can submit grant SPADA proposals.
