Unud’s BMN Holds Socialization of Rector Regulation Number 8 of 2025 Again, Promoting Fast, Accurate, and Compliant Procurement of Goods and Services

Jimbaran – Universitas Udayana through the BMN General Bureau once again held a socialization of Rector Regulation (Pertor) Unud Number 8 of 2025 concerning the Procurement of Goods/Services at Unud and SIPranayana, addressed to procurement actors. The event took place in the Bangsa Room, Rectorate Building, Jimbaran Campus, on Monday (July 28, 2025). The participants were focused on internal procurement actors at Universitas Udayana, namely PPK (Commitment Making Officials), Procurement Officers, Quality Controllers, and Procurement Planners. The socialization was opened by the Head of the General Bureau, with speakers from the Unud BMN Coordinator and Team.

Ni Made Pertami Susilawati, SE., MM., Head of Universitas Udayana’s General Bureau, in her opening remarks, stated that this socialization again invited procurement officials in accordance with Rector Regulation Number 8 of 2025. This event was held in relation to obstacles and issues encountered in implementing SIPranayana, which has been running for several weeks, where many aspects need to be understood collectively. Many procurement officials have directly consulted with BMN; to avoid one-on-one consultations, BMN organized this socialization regarding the implementation of Goods/Services Procurement.

This socialization activity on Rector Regulation Unud Number 8 of 2025 regarding PBJ procurement and SIPranayana is expected to resolve the goods and services procurement processes at Universitas Udayana. Of course, if many obstacles are still found despite this socialization, facilitation and accommodation will be provided for any unclear issues.

“We hope that all the PBJ implementations we have through Rector Regulation Number 8 can be completed and carried out well and without problems — that is the main point,” she said.

The Head of the General Bureau also hopes that with this regulation, goods and services procurement at Universitas Udayana can be conducted quickly, accurately, without problems, and in accordance with the provisions, as everything is regulated within SIPranayana.

During the event, participants were encouraged to actively ask questions and discuss any unclear matters to ensure thorough understanding of the regulation’s implementation.

I Dewa Made Ary Swanjaya, Coordinator of Unud BMN, in his presentation, explained the procurement process at Universitas Udayana. He noted that BMN has already selected providers in 10 categories out of 32 invited and announced categories, necessitating further socialization with business actors to ensure understanding of the procurement process and the company qualification documents that may not yet be possessed. The selected providers include suppliers of computers, electronic devices, publishing and printing services, furniture and interior services, ceremonial supplies and offerings, laboratory equipment, electrical maintenance services, construction management consultants, office stationery, and party rental services — all of which can be viewed in Si-DaPeT. The Selected Providers List uses an elimination and scoring system. The Coordinator also shared the list of selected providers now registered in SIPranayana and highlighted important points that each procurement actor must pay attention to, such as the preparation of Terms of Reference (KAK).

The socialization also covered the Universitas Udayana Mall (UMall) platform available within SIPranayana.
