LAMEMBA Assessors Visit Diploma III Taxation Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University in the Context of Accreditation

Field Assessment of the Diploma III Taxation Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (FEB Unud) by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Management, Business and Accounting (LAMEMBA) in the context of study program accreditation took place on 22 and 23 April 2024 at the FEB Unud Building, Sudirman Campus Denpasar. The opening of the assessment was attended by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs representing the Rector of Unud, Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance, Secretary of LPPM, Representative of LP3M, Chair of USDI, Secretary of the UPT Library, Dean of FEB Unud and Vice Deans, Chair of the FEB Senate, Study Program Coordinator, Professors , Lecturers and Staff as well as other invitees. The assessors present were Dr. Zaenal Fanani, SE., MSA., Ak., CA., ACPA (Unair) and Dr. Ida Farida, SE., MM (BPK RI Practitioner).

Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Unud Prof. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja in his speech introduced briefly about Udayana University which has three campus locations with 13 Faculties and 1 Postgraduate and is supported by 125 study programs. Especially for study programs at FEB, most of the accreditations are Superior and A and some are internationally recognized. The D3 Taxation study program is one of the vocational study programs at Udayana University and is really needed to prepare ready-to-use human resources in the field of taxation.

Therefore, university leaders really encourage this study program to become a study program that achieves a superior title and this is a guarantee to stakeholders regarding the quality of graduates. Through this opportunity, the Vice Rector also hopes that the assessors can provide direction and input for the Diploma III Taxation Study Program so that in the future they can carry out their main duties and functions in accordance with the Tridharma of higher education and can follow up on the results of this assessment.

Meanwhile Assessor Dr. Zaenal Fanani in his speech said that his party was assigned by LEMEMBA to see whether the reality was better or worse than the portrait that had been sent to LAMEMBA. They hope that when they come they will find much more that has not been written down and can be added to the report that will be given to LAMEMBA.

Through this opportunity, his party also conveyed the agenda that would be carried out in the assessment process. Assessor Dr. Ida Farida added that through this assessment her party would confirm whether it was in accordance with what was reported. There are several things that information will need to be explored and we hope that this assessment process will be in accordance with what has been reported and run smoothly according to schedule.

The opening of the assessment ended with the reading of a statement of joint commitment by the Dean of FEB Unud Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, Ph.D. Then it was continued with an interview agenda by the Assessor Team.
