Preparation for BLU Implementation, Bandung State Polytechnic Conducts Benchmarking to Udayana University

Udayana University (Unud) received a working visit from the Bandung State Polytechnic (POLBAN) in the context of a comparative study to prepare for the implementation of Public Service Agency Financial Management (PK-BLU). The POLBAN team chaired by the Vice Director for Planning, Cooperation and Information Systems was received directly by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information at Udayana University together with the Head of BPKU and the Head of the General Bureau and staff in the Nusa Room, Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Friday (16/9/ 2022).

The things that POLBAN wants to explore through this comparative study are related to revenue planning, planning for the implementation of activities and procurement of goods and services at Udayana University which has implemented the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency.

Vice Director of POLBAN Drs. Mulyadi Yuswandono, Dipl. Ing.,MT said that during this visit his party invited a technically involved team, which is currently the last session for the implementation of BLU and is waiting for the Minister of Finance Decree. Technically, the team doesn't know much about what to do, so the desire to become a BLU can be carried out well. His party also asked for advice regarding what to do in preparing the PK BLU and wanted to learn a lot regarding the implementation of this PK BLU.

Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, M.Kes hopes that the POLBAN side can obtain the objectives of this visit. The Vice Rector invited to have discussions and share related matters that the POLBAN from Udayana University wanted to know.

Some of the things discussed in the discussion included the Cut Off strategy to BLU, tips for preparing RBA and reporting systems and remuneration.
