PPID Udayana University Follows the Final Stage of Monitoring Evaluation of Public Information Disclosure in 2021

Udayana University through the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) participated in the final stages of the 2021 Public Information Openness Evaluation Monitoring organized by the Central Information Commission (KIP) of the Republic of Indonesia. This final stage is a Public Agency Presentation that takes place online through the Zoom Meeting application, Thursday (14/10/2021). The presentation of material from Udayana University was carried out by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Prof. Dr. dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, M.Kes. as the Implementing PPID accompanied by the Head of the Academic, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau from the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building.

Previously, two stages had been carried out, namely filling out a questionnaire regarding the completeness of the data of the Public Agency and sending a video presentation. At this stage the PPID or PPID superiors are given the opportunity to explain the innovations and collaborations in public information disclosure that have been carried out by the Public Agency in providing public information services at Udayana University. The previous year, Udayana University was included in the informative category along with 9 other state universities, namely Gadjah Mada University, Brawijaya University, Padjadjaran University, Malang State University, Bogor Agricultural University, Lampung University, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Udayana University, and University of Indonesia. It is hoped that in 2021, Udayana University will still be in the position of an Informative Public Agency.
