Udayana University Collaborates with ANO Makassar

Jimbaran - Located in the Language Room of the Rectorate Building, Jimbaran Campus, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Udayana University and ANO Makassar, Wednesday (23/6/2021).

ANO Makassar is a non-profit organization that bridges business cooperation, education, science and culture between Russia and universities in Indonesia.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Rector of Unud, the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, the Head of BAKH, the Director of the Unud Hospital and Representatives of the Poly Eye Hospital of Unud, the Director and Secretary of the BPU, and the Coordinator of Cooperation and Public Relations. Meanwhile, the ANO party was attended by the President and Representatives of ANO Makassar.

Rector of Unud Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi in his speech appreciated ANO who had given the trust to establish cooperation where the initial stage was in the field of medicine clusters. The Rector welcomed the collaboration with ANO Makassar, which had previously visited Unud for the initiation and presentation of the program that was initiated. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that in the future the parties can follow up in the form of technical activities both carried out through the BPU and Unud Hospital. Especially with the Unud Hospital, according to the previous discussion, it will be focused on developing eye services considering that currently the Eye Clinic of Unud Hospital still needs to be developed so that services can be maximized, especially in the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The Chancellor also hopes that in the future the cooperation of the two parties can develop in accordance with the availability of each party's resources.

Meanwhile, the President of ANO Makassar, Mr. Turdykulov Anatoli on this occasion expressed his appreciation for the willingness of Unud to cooperate to carry out the program he initiated. Through this collaboration, ANO will help Unud according to needs such as finding investment and experts. President ANO hopes that the prospect of future cooperation is related to medical tourism, the entrance is through Unud. The President also believes that through the collaboration, they can carry out joint projects.
