This was followed up with the establishment of CTTC which has a study in the field of language and language services intended for lecturers and students who want to follow Mandarin language courses and also open to the general public.

As the center of world tourism with the arrival of Chinese tourists to Bali who continue to dominate, requires good service. Especially can not be denied the Balinese people live from tourism, because it is proven when Mount Agung exploded all Chinese tourists no longer made a visit to Bali, so that Bali's economy had collapsed. Therefore, it is necessary for the business to make tourism services in the future can run better. This is also the spirit of moral encouragement from Rector of Unhas who helped to this cooperation.

On the same occasion, Rector Unhas Prof. Dr. Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu, MA, conveyed the support from Unud is very remarkable, so that finally can be opened CTTC Unud-Unhas. This has been imagined since two years ago and finally can be realized in 2017. CTTC is not just a place to learn Mandirin Language, but also can support tourism and economy in Bali. In addition, there are student exchanges such as those held in Unhas to China so that the younger generation understand each other in order to work together in various fields, because many activities can be born through this CTTC.
