Strengthen the research group, FMIPA UNUD holds MONEV

To strengthen research and service research groups, strengthen research collaboration, increase research funds, publications/patents/HKI, and increase the downstream of research results, FMIPA Udayana University held a research group Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of expertise for each study program which was held offline with strict health protocols.

On this occasion the Dean of FMIPA Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc, Ph.D. in her speech hoped that with this internal MONEV, FMIPA would be able to strengthen research groups (identify problems and produce solutions to existing problems) and be able to improve downstream products that can be utilized by industry, stakeholders, as well as society.

This event was attended by the Dean of FMIPA - Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc, Ph.D, WD1 - Dr. NO. Gandhi Adi, S.Si, M.T, WD2 Dr. Drs. In this MONEV, it was agreed to create a new research group and delete the existing research group (study group) in order to broaden the topic so that it can be carried out across study programs, within FMIPA, Unud, outside UNUD, and internationally which will later become the flagship of FMIPA whose members consist of lecturers - lecturers who have an interest in the fields in the research group. Furthermore, the research groups produced in this MONEV are three research groups of Research and a service research group, namely:

  1. Research Group of Natural Ingredients and Health Products
  2. Research Group of Environmental and Sustainable Development
  3. Research Group of Big Data and Machine Learning
  4. Research Group of STEM for the community service

These three research groups of research and a community service research group are later expected to strengthen research collaborations, obtain research funds, including in the form of in-kind, and produce publications/simple patents/HKI.
