In accordance with the theme raised in this guest lecture, the material presented refers to the best practice that has been carried out by the YES Project Team for the provision of drinking water in Pedawa Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency.

The community-based drinking water supply program is a form of effort to fulfill the clean water needs of the community in rural areas. Based on data obtained in Pedawa Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency, the coverage of clean water services for people who have access to safe drinking water has only reached 25%. Yeh Sudamala (YES) Project is a joint effort to provide sustainable access to clean water in Pedawa Village, Bali, Indonesia. YES Project in collaboration with experienced Japanese NPOs and local stakeholders in Pedawa, we want to develop physical infrastructure and human resources that are able to properly deliver clean water to every household in Pedawa Village. The YES Project aims to achieve this goal, through efforts to improve existing facilities and build new facilities, create an organization that is responsible for managing the water system in Pedawa, and build environmentally conscious local communities.
