UNUD Faculty of Law Student Representative as the Best Participant in the 2022 International Humanitarian Law Competency Improvement Dissemination

Jakarta Team, FLUNUD.ac.id – 2 FH UNUD students: I Komang Dananjaya (class of 2019) and I Gede Yoga Pradana (class of 2020) attended the Dissemination of International Humanitarian Law Competence Improvement (HHI) organized by the Ministry Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) RI. This activity takes place from 11-14 December 2022 at the Sutasoma Hotel, South Jakarta.

 

HHI competence development dissemination involved 34 Law Faculty students from all over Indonesia. HHI competency improvement is carried out through a series of activities: seminars, case studies, armed conflict simulations and field studies at the High Military Court II Jakarta and the Satria Mandala Museum to understand the application of HHI from an Indonesian perspective.

 

The seminar activity presented several speakers, namely: Dr. Arlina Permanasari, SH, M.Hum (Lecturer of FH Trisakti), Adrianus AdityoVit Ramon, SH, LLM (Lecturer of FH at Parahyangan Catholic University), Dr. Diajeng Wulan Christianti (Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, Representative from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICIRC) and the Peacekeeping Mission Center (PMPP). 

 

After completing a series of activities, I Komang Dananjaya was awarded as the best participant by the Director of the Central Authority and International Law of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights RI It is hoped that the participation of representatives of the Faculty of Law of Udayana University in this HHI competency training event can spark other students' interest in studying HHI.
