Chamber Swab Innovative Creation of FT Unud Academic Community for Handling Covid-19 Patients in Unud Hospital

Jimbaran - The Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, once again donated chamber for the examination of Covid-19 patient swabs to the Director of RSPTN Unud, Tuesday (4/28/2020). There are two chamber units to be submitted, but currently one is being improved with the input provided by RSPTN doctors.

The submission was carried out by the Dean of FT Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, accompanied by the Chairman of the Academic Senate and Vice Dean III of FT Unud. In addition, FT Unud in collaboration with alumni and the twintrend community also handed over 100 pieces of face shield and nutrition, which was given by Ir. Setyawan Rudi.

Director of Unud Hospital Dr. Dewa Putu Gde Purwa Samatra expressed his appreciation for the innovative work of Engineering's academic community of Unud Faculty which is expected to streamline the use of PPE in Covid patient SWAB sampling and support the operation of the Unud Hospital's PCR Inspection Lab.
