LAM PT-Kes Assessor and BAN-PT Visitation of Radiology PPDS-1 Study Program FK Unud

Denpasar - Assessor Team of the Higher Education Independent Accreditation Institution (LAM-PTKes) together with the Accreditation Council of the Higher Education National Accreditation Board (BAN-PT) conducted a visitation to the Radiology PPDS-1 Study Program of the Medical Faculty of Udayana University (09/24/2018). LAM-PTKes Assessor Team consisting of Dr. dr. Sawitri Darniati, Sp. Rad (K) and Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati, M.Kes. Sp. Rad (K) and BAN-PT Accreditation Council (MA) Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Faith Buchori, ST and Prof. Dr. Mansyur Ramly was accepted by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Unud Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng accompanied by the Dean of the Medical Faculty of Udayana University in the Meeting Room Prof. dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah FK Unud Sudirman Campus Denpasar. This activity was also attended by the Director of YANMED Sanglah General Hospital, Director of Unud Hospital, Ka. LP3M, Head of USDI, Head of Library and Head of Study Programs in FK Unud.

Dean of FK Unud, Dr. Ketut Suyasa said that the assessment process is part of learning to improve the existing learning processes and systems. Because each unit must have advantages and disadvantages and the accreditation process is intended to maintain the quality of education services. The dean is ready to support all study programs under the FK Unud and hopes that the Radiology Study Program has prepared this process as well as possible and obtained results that are in line with expectations.

Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara said that the field assessment in the accreditation process was visited by two accreditation institutions to photograph Prodi so that they could provide more relevant understanding that needed to be done for the best results. In this Radiology Study assessment process, the key is technology and its supporting facilities and the analysis that is produced. Furthermore, the Vice Chancellor conveyed that around 112 Study Programs at Udayana University had been asked to carry out the re-accreditation process 6 months before the accreditation period ended so that they had sufficient time in preparation and the results were expected to increase from before. The Vice Chancellor also hopes that this Radiology Study Program can achieve the best results in Visitation conducted by LAM-PTKes. (HM)
