Udayana University Receives Working Visit from Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang on Strengthening Cooperation Governance and Public Relations
Jimbaran – Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika) conducted a working visit to Udayana University (Unud) on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, at the Udayana University Rectorate Building, Jimbaran Campus. The visit focused on strengthening cooperation governance and public relations strategies in higher education through the exchange of best practices and in-depth technical discussions.
The Unsika delegation was led by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, Dr. H. Amirudin, M.Pd.I., accompanied by the Head of Cooperation and Public Relations, Anna Rosmarina, M.SiP., M.I.Kom.; the Head of Student Affairs Team, Rizki Fauzi, S.E., M.M.; as well as technical staff in the fields of cooperation and public relations. Their presence reflected the institution’s strong commitment to enhancing strategic functions in partnership development and public communication as part of improving institutional service quality.
The delegation was welcomed directly by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information of Unud, Prof. Dr.Eng. Ir. Made Sucipta, S.T., M.T., IPM., along with the Head of the Public Communication Unit, Dr. Nyoman Dewi Pascarani. The event was also attended by the Coordinator of Cooperation and Public Relations, the Sub-Coordinator of Public Relations, the Sub-Coordinator of Domestic Cooperation, as well as staff from the domestic and international cooperation units. The visit featured presentations on professional cooperation governance, implementation standards, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and the optimization of impactful partnerships for institutional development.
During the meeting, Prof. Made Sucipta, Vice Rector IV of Unud, emphasized the importance of structured, measurable, and strategically aligned cooperation. He stated that cooperation should not stop at the signing of documents but must be realized through concrete and synergistic programs.
“We hope that Unud and Unsika can collaborate in concrete and impactful programs in line with the ‘impactful campus’ vision, so that this partnership provides real benefits for both institutions,” he said.
Meanwhile, Dr. Nyoman Dewi Pascarani presented strategies for strengthening the public relations function through the concept of Progressive Public Relations, which highlights professional governance, digital ecosystem integration, internal and external partnerships, and the enhancement of institutional narratives. She shared several best practices implemented by Udayana University, including standardized publication systems, media collaboration, and technology-based capacity-building for PR personnel.
The working visit concluded with an interactive discussion session addressing academic cooperation governance, publication strategies, institutional reputation strengthening, and the development of collaborative programs. The visit is expected to serve as a strategic step in strengthening institutional relations and improving the quality of cooperation and public relations governance at both universities.
