His dissertation is themed Criminal Law, where there is a lack of clarity on the authority of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) in investigating money laundering crimes whose origin is unknown, which has implications for the handling of money laundering cases whose origin is unknown to be slow, ineffective and optimal. The results show that the formulation of PPATK's authority in investigating money laundering crimes whose origin is unknown by legitimizing the addition of several articles in Chapter VIII, Part Two of Law No. 8/2010 on Money Laundering Crimes. This formulation is needed to streamline the prevention and optimize the eradication of criminal acts whose origin is unknown.
