Preparation of Quarterly Reporting, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University held a Management Review Meeting.

The Udayana University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM UNUD) held a Management Review Meeting on Tuesday 18 April 2023 at the 3rd Floor Meeting Room of the Udayana University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Building, Jimbaran Bali. The activity was carried out offline and was attended by the Dean, Deputy Dean, Unit Coordinator, Study Program Coordinator, Director of RSHP, Head of TU, and Sub Coordinators in UNUD's FVM Environment.

The meeting was opened with remarks and reports by the Dean of FVM, namely Prof. Dr. drh. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Sc. The Dean conveyed the achievements of the agency in the first year, as well as the targets based on the work contract between the Dean and Chancellor of UNUD which had not been achieved. "Some of the work contracts have been achieved, but there are still some that have not, it is hoped that in 2023 and starting from the second quarter, plans must be mapped out to fulfill these targets," said Prof. Suartha.

Furthermore, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Sc informed that there would be target fulfillment, especially related to improving the quality of students and graduates, monitoring curriculum evaluation in each subject, following up on the accreditation of each study program, as well as optimizing the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program. . In realizing the fulfillment of these targets, we must strive to have a precise strategy both in planning, reporting, collaboration with various parties both internal (academicians) and external (stakeholders), as well as a quality culture.” said Dr. Sudisma. In addition, it is important to involve professional interests among students in MBKM.

Dr. Sudira explained that coordination had been carried out with students to design and report activities so that data collection and documentation could be carried out, so that in the future it could be used as evidence of improving the quality of students and graduates as well as MBKM at FVM UNUD. Student activities have been going well such as Veterinary Work Lectures and Organizational Management Training, and to improve IKU it needs to be improved again, especially student activities that are recognized by IKU such as the Student Creativity Program (PKM) and the Independent Kampur Learning Program (MBKM). He also said that FVM UNUD had made a Cooperation Program (PKS) with stakeholders so that it was ready for use by students in the MBKM program.

 

 

On this occasion, it was also conveyed about the development of units within the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. One of them is the Teaching Animal Hospital (RSHP) of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. Dr. Yudhi as the Director of the Teaching Animal Hospital (RSHP) of FVM UNUD is ready to support the fulfillment of FVM UNUD's targets in realizing the quality of students and graduates and the three dharma of higher education. Currently the RSHP FVM UNUD is carrying out revitalization for future development, so that it will directly have an impact on FVM UNUD. Apart from that, UP2M also stated that they are ready to plan activities for improvement and fulfillment of targets that have not been achieved before. UP3M will carry out monitoring and evaluation regarding all activities carried out, the results of monitoring and evaluation can later be used as future improvements and quality documents as proof of quality assurance and target fulfillment according to agency mandate. UPIKS FVM UNUD is ready to facilitate related information and collaboration both at the internal and external levels of FVM UNUD.

With the completion of the UNUD FVM management review meeting, it is hoped that after this an increase and fulfillment of UNUD FVM targets can be realized which have not been achieved in the previous time.
