Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – The Information and Cooperation Management Unit (UPIKS) of the Faculty of Law UNUD held a Socialization on Scheduling Systems, Administration Services and Integrated Examinations on Thursday (22/12/2022) in the Video Conference Room of the Faculty of Law UNUD Denpasar Campus. The socialization event was opened directly by Deputy Dean I FH UNUD and attended by Deputy Dean II, Coordinator of Magister Program (S2) Notary (MKN), Head of Lab/Division of Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Procedural Law, UPIKS Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator , Academic Sub-Coordinators and educational staff (tendik) from the four Study Programs within the Faculty of Law UNUD.

This system was built by the Information Technology (IT) Team together with UNUD partners because of the need for the UNUD Faculty of Law academic community to improve the quality of integrated services and the institution has an online database (soft copy). During this time there are often clashes between lecture schedules, teaching schedules and student final exams or lecturers testing theses, theses and dissertations at the same time. With this system, when students register exam dates (such as thesis) online they will know that on that date there are lecturers whose schedules conflict with teaching or testing schedules in other study programs. In addition, this system can also be used by lecturers to directly check class schedules and test them every month (functions as an online agenda).

The administrative service system will be used for the first time for online judiciary registration. This online judiciary registration system will include a tracer study questionnaire filling feature. Of course, this will make it easier for students to register for graduation as well as help institutions collect tracer study data for accreditation purposes.

This integrated system is custom in nature so that it can be adjusted, added, modified according to the needs of the academic community so that it can improve the quality of the Faculty of Law UNUD.
