Mangrove Planting in commemoration of World Earth Day (WEDA) 2022

The Semi-Autonomous Body of the Environmentally Concerned Student Community of FK Unud held a Mangrove Planting activity as a series of events from the 2022 World Earth Day (WEDA) Student Community Concerned for the Environment with the theme "Invest in Our Planet: How Your Contribution Can Save the World" which was held at Akame Benoa .

This event was attended and opened directly by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, S.Ked., MPH., Ph.D., in his speech he expressed his hope that this WEDA activity can become a sustainable activity, as one of the activities that spearheads the Faculty of Medicine which is engaged in the vision of save the environment and can inspire many people to participate in saving the earth.

Also attending this event were KMPL Trustees, Ni Made Utami Dwipayanti, MB.Env, Ph.D., representatives of BEM, Chair of KMPL, Chair of the 2022 WEDA Committee, and Mangrove Ranger.

The WEDA KMPL 2022 was held with the aim of commemorating World Earth Day and as a form of real action for caring for the environment carried out by forming human resources who have concern for the environment.
