[Focus Group Discussion – Master of Law Program]

The Master of Law Study Program held a Focus Group Discussion themed “The Effectiveness of the OSS-RBA System in the Investment Process: A Critical Study on the Implementation of the Job Creation Law, Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021, and Government Regulation No. 28 of 2025 in Bali Province.” This activity is expected to serve as an intellectual forum to foster awareness of the many dynamic issues, particularly the prevalence of spatial planning violations in investment activities in Bali Province.

The Focus Group Discussion invited speakers from three different institutions, namely the Bali Provincial Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP), the Special Committee on Spatial Planning, Assets, and Licensing (TRAP) of Bali Province, and the Prosecution Division of the Bali Provincial High Prosecutor’s Office. The event was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum., who, in his remarks, expressed the hope that such intellectual forums will continue to be present among students.
