Denpasar, July 30, 2025 – Udayana University, through the State Property Division of the General Bureau, once again held a socialization event regarding Rector Regulation Number 8 of 2025 on Goods and Services Procurement, which has been effectively enforced since July 7, 2025. The event was conducted online and attended by business actors, both those who are already partners of the university and those who are not yet affiliated.
The event was officially opened by the Head of the General Bureau of Udayana University, Ni Made Pertami Susilawati, S.E., M.M., who emphasized in her opening remarks the importance of shared understanding of the new regulation, which now serves as the reference for all procurement processes within the university.
"For more than two weeks now, we have been implementing procurement through the new system. We realize that many partners have not yet been included in the Verified Providers List (DPT), which is why we are holding this socialization—to ensure that all parties understand the applicable regulations and can promptly adapt," said the Bureau Head.
She also stressed that business actors wishing to partner with Udayana University are now required to be registered in the Verified Providers List (DPT) through the SIPRANAYANA system a platform-based digital innovation that integrates procurement processes from planning, provider selection, to reporting.
The Coordinator for State Property (BMN) at Udayana University, I Dewa Made Ary Swanjaya, provided a comprehensive explanation of the new policy direction being implemented within the university. The regulation is designed to align with the latest national regulations and to meet the needs of the university as a Public Service Agency (BLU), which is required to manage its budget effectively, efficiently, and accountably.
A key highlight of this policy is the launch of the SIPRANAYANA platform (Procurement Information System of Udayana University), which serves as the backbone of the university’s electronic procurement system. SIPRANAYANA integrates various sub-systems, including: SIMPAN: Planning Information System, SIDAPAT: Selected Providers Information System (Vendor Management System), UMall: Udayana University's internal marketplace, As well as procurement modules based on transaction methods such as SiBELA, SiGULA, SiPUNG, SiKUT, and SiTender.
“Through this system, the entire procurement process from planning to reporting is conducted electronically and well-recorded, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing the potential for irregularities,” explained the BMN Coordinator.
