Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information at Udayana University Becomes Resource Person at Meeting for Completion of Reports and Preparation of LHP

Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information at Udayana University (Unud) Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika represented the Chancellor as a resource person at the Report Completion Meeting and Preparation of Audit Result Reports (LHP) held by the Representative of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, Bali Province at the Azana Boutique Hotel, Denpasar, Friday (26/4/2024). The theme of the material presented was Mitigation and Anticipation of New Student Admission Problems and the Complaint Handling Process at Udayana University.

In this event the Bali Ombudsman looked at the issue of public services in the education sector, namely New Student Admissions in order to get an idea of ​​the extent of the process of mitigating and anticipating problems with new student admissions as well as the process of handling and servicing complaints at Udayana University. The Ombudsman considers the issue of new student admissions to be worthy of being raised and discussed considering that this issue is related to the basic rights of the community which must be fulfilled by the Government as the provider of public services in the education sector. However, of course community participation in maintaining the quality of new student admissions must continue to be educated.

This meeting was opened directly by the Chief Representative of the Bali Ombudsman, Ni Nyoman Sri Widhiyanti, and also presented community representatives from the Udayana University Student Executive Board as an element of student representation.

This activity aims to accelerate the completion of community reports within the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for Bali Province and increase the capacity of the Assistant to the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for Bali Province. Present at this meeting was the Assistant to the Indonesian Ombudsman, Representative of Bali Province, who is tasked with handling examinations of Public Reports.
