Udayana University Socializes Republic of Indonesia PANRB Minister Regulation Number 6 of 2022 Concerning Performance Management of State Civil Apparatus Employees

Udayana University (Unud) through the General Bureau's Human Resources (SDM) Section held an Socialization of the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2022 concerning Performance Management of State Civil Apparatus Employees which took place in a hybrid combination of online and offline from the Ruang Bangsa Building Jimbaran Campus Rector, Tuesday (22/11/2022). The socialization was opened by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance representing the Rector of Udayana University by presenting speakers from KemenPANRB and Kemendikbudristek.

Vice Rector Prof. IGB Wiksuana in his remarks conveyed the change in Employee Performance Targets (SKP) from Government Regulation (PP) Number 46 of 2011 concerning Assessment of Civil Servant Work Performance to PP Number 30 of 2019 concerning ONS Performance Assessment, which we all know was implemented in semester II of 2021 with a derivative from PP 30 of 2019, namely MenPANRB Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning the Civil Servant Performance Management System. Now in 2022 there is a derivative change from PP 30 of 2019 with the issuance of MenPANRB Regulation Number 6 of 2022 concerning ASN Employee Performance Management.

In response to this, it is necessary for us to hold socialization regarding this matter so that we as ASN gain knowledge about these rules, especially in 2023 in the future civil servants who will apply for promotion and who will apply for retirement and who will propose other staffing administrations that require SKP to already use SKP rules which is regulated in PermenPANRB Number 6 of 2022. For this reason, we should listen carefully to this socialization together.

The speakers in the socialization from KemenPANRB were Akhlaqul Karimah (Youth Policy Analyst) and Vinalia Eka Wardani (First Policy Analyst) with material on ASN Employee Performance Management in accordance with PermenPANRB Number 6 of 2022 and SKP Preparation Techniques, while resource persons from the Ministry of Education and Culture namely Hanjar Basuki, S. Kom., MM (Intermediate Expert Policy Analyst) and Gustianda Dwi Putra (Performance Analyst) with material related to Performance Appraisal Transformation, Performance Planning, ASN Performance Management Information Systems and Simulation of SKP Plan Preparation and Employee Performance Evaluation.
