Unud Holds Aanwijzing Selection of Build Partners to Handover State Property in the Context of Building Student Dormitory

Udayana University held Aanwijzing (explanation) Selection of State-Owned Property Build-Use-Owned (BGS) Partners for the construction of Student Dormitory and supporting facilities for prospective partners in accordance with the Announcement of Re-Tender for Selection of BGS Partners located in the Bangsa Room, Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Monday (6 /12/2021).

Aanwijzing was attended by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information at Unud, the Head of Bureau, the BMN Coordinator and related ranks, the BGS Selection Committee and a prospective partner from PT Waskita Karya Realty. There are two potential partners who have filled out the registration form and taken the BGS BMN Partner Selection Document.

The explanation regarding the selection of BGS Partners was delivered by BMN Coordinator I Dewa Made Ary Swanjaya. Some of the points explained to prospective partners include the terms of reference, partner selection methods, how to submit bids, documents that must be attached to the bid documents, evaluation methods, things that cancel the offer, forms of cooperation agreements, as well as the amount, validity period and parties who can issue bid guarantees. In this activity, discussions were also held with the participants present.

The BGS Partner Selection Committee hopes that the selected prospective partners will later be able to present the building model that will be made in front of the university leadership before the contract agreement is signed so that in the process there are no questions raised.

While the Vice Rector Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika conveyed that through this activity, we would earlier equalize perceptions and take into account aspects that affect the overall process. The reference that has been made can be a common reference, and the existing inputs are better discussed before signing the PKS, so that the project can be carried out as expected.
