Experience Sharing, Engineering and Industrial Management Laboratory of TIP FTP Study Program Unud, Invite Maria Theresa Alumni Currently Working in Japan

Laboratory of Engineering and Industrial Management, Agroindustrial Technology Study Program, Udayana University (TIP FTP Unud) invited Maria Theresa Meischita, S.TP. as Alumni in the online Alumni Series Experience Sharing event through the Webex Meeting application. This activity was held on Monday, August 22nd , 2022 which was attended by all Agroindustrial Technology Students and alumni.

 

This activity provided an opportunity for Maria Theresa Meischita, S.TP. as an Alumni currently working in Yamazaki Kyakudo-kal, Japan which is a company that works in the field of agroindustry, agriculture and construction to share her experiences with students related to work, companies and also any courses related to her current job. Maria also explained that her company is currently working on growing several agricultural commodities such as strawberries, corn and other commodities, but she also explained that her company's best seller is strawberries. In addition, she also explained that some of the courses obtained at the TIP Study Program are also very useful and the theory is used in work such as working procedures, layout and material handling and Entrepreneurship are very important subjects there because apart from farming, after harvesting it is also important, the commodity must be sold. In addition, Alumni sharing also provides feedback for the improvement of the study program curriculum so that alumni competencies can adapt to the needs of the world of work. The activity was carried out with a talk show system which was guided directly by Mr. Cokorda Anom Bayu Sadyasmara, S.TP., M.Sc.

 

 

Prof. Dr. Ir. I Ketut Satriawan, M.T. as the Head of the Engineering and Industrial Management Laboratory of the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program, Udayana University (TIP FTP Unud) said this activity was carried out to provide an overview to students, especially students of the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program related to employment opportunities from graduates of the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program, in addition through activities This is expected to provide an overview of the future for graduates of the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program in terms of the world of work related to agro-industry.
