Factors Affecting Tourist Satisfaction Visiting Gabah Restaurant Ramayana Resort and Spa.

Based on guest comment on Gabah Restaurant Ramayana Resort and Spa, the presence of some judgment according to travelers who are lacking such as the lack of response from the restaurant, the food was cold and the lack of interaction between employees and tourists, and therefore the management Ramayana Resort and Spa need to improve the quality of service provided to tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the satisfaction of tourists to Gabah Restaurant Ramayana Resort and Spa, Kuta Bali and what factors are dominant, and the lowest rating influence satisfaction to Gabah Restaurant Ramayana Resort and Spa, Bali Kuta. Data collection technique in this study was done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, study of literature and documentation. Sampling technique using a quota sampling technique with a number of samples used by 100 respondents were determined using Slovin method. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of factors. The analysis showed that there are five factors that influence the satisfaction of tourists to Gabah Restaurant Ramayana Resort and Spa. The factors are: Factor of service and prices a top priority and is an indicator that has the highest loading factor is an indicator that represents the first factor is the fast and accuracy because it has the highest factor loading of 0.902 with the total variance of 35,687 %. Product factors that represents the second factor (2) because it has a total of 11.150% variance. Rresponsiveness Factor that represents the third factor (3) because it has of 7,596 % total variance. Promotion Factors is that represents the fourth factor (4) because it has of 5,806 % total variance. Location factor that represents the fifth factor (5) because it has of 5,556 % total variance. The dominant factor that is influencing the decision of tourists to Gabah Restaurant Ramayana Resort and Spa is the first factor (1), namely services and prices include: fast and accuracy, the design and decor of the restaurant, assurance (assurance), discount, serving food and drinks, the price of Low Price, empathy (empathy). Where the indicator of the fast and accuracy is a top priority with the highest loading factor with eigen value equal to 7,137 and percent of variance equal to 35,687 %
