The company's performance essentially is a feat achieved by a business organization who can be seen from the results who achieved by the company. Competitive advantage must be owned by each company in order to improve the performance of the company. One of the factors in order to companies have a competitive advantage is the Eco-Friendly technology which is a technology that has pollution levels are minimal to the environment, but it takes good quality service characterized by unmet expectations and customer satisfaction due to the precision of the way services are another factor in improving performance company. Research design is associative research. This research was located at the Adi Dharma Hotel Kuta. The samples were used 60 peoples were by taken by using random sampling technique. Data were taken by using questionnaire then analyzed by using path analysis test. Simultaneous Independent variables (Eco-Friendly technology and quality of service) and the mediating variables (competitive advantage) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of companies in the Adi Dharma Hotel. Based on the partial test, the results showed three variables affected positively and significantly to the performance of companies either directly or indirectly.
